We're pretty sure she thought "team building exercise" meant chasing golf balls, but honestly? Her approach to networking (sniffing everyone she meets) and her dedication to following through (literally following us everywhere) already makes her employee of the month material. 

Ruby's teaching us that the best hires bring enthusiasm, loyalty, and the ability to find joy in the simplest tasks. Plus, she works treats and belly rubs – talk about reasonable salary expectations! 💰
